Connect a business owned number, import contacts, create messages, and run campaigns from a single dashboard. Use is subject to WhatsApp policies and applicable messaging laws.

No technical knowledge required! Zautic is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. Our drag-and-drop interface, pre-built templates, and step-by-step wizards make it easy for anyone to start sending WhatsApp campaigns within minutes. We also provide comprehensive tutorials and 24/7 support.

You can be up and running in under 10 minutes! Simply: 1) Sign up for a free trial, 2) Connect your WhatsApp Business number, 3) Import your contacts, 4) Choose a template or create your own, 5) Send your first campaign. Our onboarding wizard guides you through each step.

You need: 1) A business owned phone number, 2) A list of opted-in contacts you want to reach, 3) Message content or templates. Depending on your use case, you may need access to the WhatsApp Business Platform through a BSP. Our team can guide you through the setup that is appropriate for your business.

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans can be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase (prorated). Message credits purchased via the wallet are non-refundable once used. If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact our support team for assistance or credits.

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated billing). Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your data and settings are preserved during plan changes. No setup fees for plan changes.

No hidden fees! You only pay for your subscription and message credits. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no contract lock-ins. Transparent pricing. The only variable cost is WhatsApp message fees (charged by WhatsApp, passed through at cost).

WhatsApp enforces sending limits based on your phone number's quality rating: • Tier 1 (new): 1,000 messages/day, • Tier 2: 10,000 messages/day, • Tier 3: 100,000 messages/day, • Tier 4: Unlimited. Your tier improves with message quality (low block/report rates, high engagement). Zautic automatically manages these limits.

Follow these best practices: • Only message contacts who opted in, • Provide clear opt-out option, • Send relevant, valuable content, • Don't spam or send unsolicited messages, • Maintain high message quality, • Follow WhatsApp Commerce & Business Policies, • Use approved message templates, • Respond promptly to user messages. Zautic includes compliance tools and warnings.

If WhatsApp suspends your number due to policy violations, you'll need to appeal through WhatsApp support. Zautic cannot restore banned accounts as we don't control WhatsApp's systems. To prevent bans: follow our compliance guidelines, maintain message quality, and only message opted-in contacts. We provide real-time quality monitoring.

If you use the WhatsApp Business Platform, existing numbers may need to be migrated. Requirements vary by setup. We recommend using a dedicated business number and we can advise on the best setup.

WhatsApp requires pre-approved message templates for initiating conversations with customers (first message in 24 hours). Templates undergo WhatsApp review (usually 1-24 hours). Once approved, you can send marketing, updates, or notifications. After customers reply, you can send free-form messages for 24 hours.

We offer a mobile-responsive web dashboard accessible from any device. Native iOS and Android apps are planned; for now, access Zautic from your mobile browser for full functionality.

You can cancel anytime (no questions asked) through: • Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, • Contact hi@zautic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. You retain access until then. Annual plans can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Export your data anytime from Settings.

Message sending uses a wallet-based credit system. Each outgoing message costs 1 credit. Subscription plans define platform features + monthly sending limits; message credits are purchased separately and can be recharged anytime. New accounts get starter bonus credits to test.

It means you can connect and use unlimited WhatsApp sender numbers/devices under one account. You bring your own WhatsApp numbers; Zautic does not provide phone numbers.

1 credit = 1 outgoing WhatsApp message sent to 1 recipient (text or media). In bulk campaigns, each recipient counts as 1 credit. Incoming messages do not consume credits.
